IRSE Officer working in PML-14 of 7th CPC or Engineering Executive working in other PSU in IDA scale E8 (Rs.1,20,000-2,80,000) (OR)
Officers of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways and working in PML-13 of 7th CPC with 16 years experience or Civil Engineering Executive working in other PSU in IDA scale E6 (Rs.90,000-2,40,000) with 16 years experience.
